Justify helps straighten everything out when you're typing and keeps it clean-ish. Here's an example of what an unjustified paragraph looks like versus a justified paragraph.
Unjutstified ;
I walked down the dark alley street pondering whether or not I should stop for some tacos at the Tacoreia. I placed my hand over my stomach unconsciously as I heard a thunderous growl, man was I hungry or what? But before I could say anything to reassure my poor helpless tummy that it will be alright I heard the growl again. Then I heard it again, and then again and again. And then it clicked. Quickly turning around, I try to capture a glance at what was behind me, hoping for just some kind of false alarm, hoping for it to just be some rabid dog of some sort. But no, I saw IT and IT was staring at me. IT started to laugh, sending the chills down my spine. IT was here to get me, to take me back. Then I started to run for my life.

See how the justified one's first six lines are so much more aligned than the unjustified one's lines? It also aligns at the ends btw, and also I used the center code just for this one to let you see the full effect. ^^
EDIT: Meh, messed up. So look at the ends of the paragraphs and see how the justified one lines are really a lot straighter than the justified one. Pair this code up with some other codes ( forgotten which codes T_T ) and you'll find yourself a very neat and cool post when you RP.
